Saner Çelebi brings more than 15 years of experience in cyber security. Before joining FortIT, he spent 7 years in strategy consulting, most recently as a Director at EY, where he led a team of 25 FTEs and advised enterprise clients on cyber security strategy and risk management.
Before that he was lead engineer in an agile development team and was also responsible as an integration architect for the architecture design and integration of comprehensive DLP solutions into the corporate infrastructures of the six largest banks in Switzerland.
Before working in consulting, he was a system architect for authentication solutions at Credit Suisse, gained experience with cryptographic protocols at IBM Research and worked at SIX Group, where he specialized in ATM security.

Execution of various IT Service and Business Continuity Management (ITSCM and BCM) assessments including risk analysis. Recommendations to C-Level with focus on strategy, BIA and guidelines. Practical recommendations for measures to close gaps.
Architecture and management of technical project teams for the implementation of comprehensive DLP solutions in the 5 largest banks in Switzerland. Product integration of DLP controls (e.g. for network, end devices and storage media) into the enterprise environment, process integration, introduction of remediation processes and process automation.
Development of a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and benchmark analysis for the implementation of detailed software testing incl. static & manual source code reviews.
System engineering and architecture for the global implementation of PKI and smartcard based SSO in a major Swiss bank.
